    Description

Offered is a classic pair "Elephant Boy" serving pieces - a Teapot and Creamer, made in Japan during the first half of the twentieth century...in very good condition.
The teapot stands just under 4 3/4 inches tall, 3 inches wide, and approximately 5 inches long. The creamer is only slightly shorter at just over 4 inches, about 3 inches wide, and a bit longer at 5 1/2 inches with the outstretched tail.
Condition is very good with no chips or cracks, original lids (likewise in great condition), and scattered loss and dulling of gold and red finishes (particularly on the creamer). Faint remnants of the original stamped mark remain below the teapot - Japan, Elephant Boy, and N either with a C or enclosed in a circle.
    Just a nice pair...
